Not a fan... Management lied to me about my parking spot to get me to sign the lease (which was moved a great distance away once I was living there for a little over a month). The office is of little helped and held back by corporate regulations, it's really sad. I work second shift and 730-8 am landscaping is ridiculous. I had a couple cockroaches in the apartment, but I was told by my neighbor it used to be much worse so I guess they've cleaned that up. The carpet and floor were new but cheap quality, cabinets were old and chipping. My dish disposal leaked and needed to be replaced within my first month, management was on top of that. However, it seemed like every time management came in to fix something, something else needed to be repaired (long story). My view from the balcony was nice for the sunsets, it's a nice location if you like to hike south mountain, but not really a nice place to live because you can't trust management. Don't let the nice colors and fancy new landscaping fool you, the buildings are old underneath their new finishing.
