I bought a groupon for a massage. When I called to book an appointment, the woman told me I couldn't use the groupon because it only applies to new customers. I didn't see any disclosure when I ordered it. But I did find the fine print on the voucher, but it was too late, because I had already paid for it. I am not considered to be a new customer (I went there one time to try it out, for 30 minutes). She told me that groupon takes part of the money, so she would not honor the groupon voucher. I had to contact Groupon to get a refund on my credit card. So, let me get this straight - the place would rather offend a potential regular customer, than take a little discount on the money from groupon. I will NEVER, EVER, go to this place again.
