  • Like other reviewers said, we chose Alexander Dental due to their location. My Sons appointment for oral surgery was for 2 pm, we arrived at 1:45, checked in and did the paperwork. We then sat in the waiting area until 3:10 pm before I asked if maybe we came on the wrong day or time? No, they are running behind and forgot to tell us, and there are still two patients ahead of us! So, after 12 hours of nothing to eat or drink on a 109 degree day and waiting nearly 2 hours past the appointment time, we just got up and left. This dentist appears to just be a production facility, booking as many possible appointments possible. If you have decent insurance, I would recommend going elsewhere. We do and mistakenly choose this place. **update** the following day we went to another Oral Surgeon, this Dentist questioned why we would want an Oral Surgeon when what my Son had were just simple extractions. Anyways, our new Dentist had us out the door in less then 45 minutes, teeth removed, no surgery, over $2000.00 in savings from Alexander.
