| - I used to come here because it was a convenient match with grocery shopping at walmart and all. I used to treat my daughters for their special occasions such as school dances and graduations. It used to be decent enough, but not this time. I would give this place 0 stars if I can.
My nails are naturally thin and I was treating it to make them healthier. I wanted a gel manicure and asked for them to not use the electric filer because my nails are sensitive and I didn't want my nails to be any thinner. The older Asian lady started on my gel manicure. After the manicure, I noticed bumps on my nails and translucent shades on different spots. I asked her to re-do it because they were simply ugly and unworthy of what I was paying for. The second attempt was not better. She dipped my nails for a long time in acetone, my hands were freaking burning. Then she dreadfully used the electric filler, the one I asked them to not use and started doing the gel polish again. I waited for it to dry and bam! It was the same freaking wrinkly, ugly, nasty nail manicure she did before. I complained and asked them to re-do it because it was simply ugly and unacceptable for the amount I was paying.
After I complained the second time, the older Asian lady talked to her husband in their own language that made me feel uncomfortable. It was embarrassing to ask them to re-do my nails over and over because they couldn't do their occupation well. The husband came over and started on my nails. Again. For the third time. He did my nails with regular nail polish because I couldn't do the gel anymore. He did the least amount of effort with the fastest time ever. It was not relaxing. At this point, I've had it. I just wanted to get out of this place and leave because thanks to them, my nails are thinner as ever, my time was waisted, and my nails looked like a five year old could have done it.
They are NOT capable of doing any manicure and pedicure effectively. They did a terrible job. DO NOT recommend, NEVER coming back. It was suppose to be a nice, relaxing treat for myself, but it ended up being more stress. Save your time, money and nails from this place.
