  • My car was not starting on and off. When I had a previous dealership look at it, it started every time for them so they sent me home because they couldn't duplicate the issue, and weren't willing to investigate the issue. My car then left me stranded 2 more times in until brining it into North Scottsdale Earnhardt near my work. When I brought my car in to this dealership, Jason knew exactly what to look for. My car ended up not starting for them as well, but he knew about the common issue Elantra's were having with the transmission switch causing the car not to start. I appreciate not only his knowledge of common car issues, but that he was willing to investigate the problem despite whether he could duplicate it or not, when the other dealership sent me on my way and weren't willing to look into the problem. I was shuttled to and from work while the repair was asking place, and it was covered under my warranty! Overall, great experience!
