This Starbucks is located in an older building that gives it some character. It also has one way parking in the front that can be a pain if you're coming from a different direction. It's a small location with a few regular tables to your right tucked away in that corner while the other side near the drink pick-up area has bar-like round tables. I feel like the bar tables crowd the small area where people wait for their drinks, but it does give the whole store a variety for seating options since there aren't many to begin with.
I was disappointed with the customer service I received at another Starbucks in a more suburban area by Brecksville because I asked for something specific and they tried to convince me it's not actually what I wanted. Not here! I came up to the cashier and asked for a grande with two shots of espresso blended with ice, two pumps sugar free vanilla, and one pump base. I said I knew what the consistensy would be. I didn't receive any flack for my order and got exactly what I asked for. I appreciated the customer service here and my drink was tasty!
