  • I order at this location quite often. I love how it's very slow and there's never long lines. I've never had a problem with any of my visits at Chipotle, this visit I actually placed an order through the mobile app to get the queso for free because I wanted to try it. When I picked up my order they had it wrong, I didn't get chips for my cheese and I also didn't get the hot sauce that I requested on the side. I messaged customer service that same day (wednesday) and they were nice enough to send me 3 coupons for 3 free queso! Wednesday night I experienced some cramping in my stomach but I shook it off and went to bed. Around 5 a.m. I woke up with some extreme food poisoning symptoms. I went to work and left work early because my symptoms would not stop. When I got home I laid in bed because I started getting the chills and I was nauseous, I had thrown up three times by this point and I have absolutely no appetite. I went ahead and reached out again to Chipotle customer service and they immediately called me, but I couldn't talk and they ended up calling me back a couple hours later. By this point I had went to the doctor because I felt like I was getting the flu or something, I had flu-like symptoms and I wanted to catch it before it progressed. My doctor took my vitals and got some information for me but didn't do any type of testing outside of that. She did say that I am showing the signs of food poisoning, she gave me some medicine and prescribe me some medicine and I went on my way. When the Chipotle representative called me back, she asked me for information on my order, she said that my doctor should have taken test before I claimed it was food poisoning, she said that there was no reports of any other claims or complaints without location, she apologized for my experience and let me go. Thats it. She could have at least refunded me my meal, atleast. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience at this location and the customer service representative that was very monotone and didn't really care about me being sick all damn day.
