  • First purchase was 4 months ago, went in for a F150, went in looking for a used one but ended up with a new 2017 instead. Couldn't regret my purchased, Robert was my sales person that time. People do your research on the vehicle you are purchasing, compare prices, have options! Have realistic goals, sales person can't do miracles if you've got a credit score under 700. Best thing you can do to get the deal you are looking for is to educate yourself in car deals and know what you can afford without "good credit". We just went back and purchased a diesel truck and again we got the deal and vehicle we wanted. This time Alberto helped us, he was polite enough to search the lots & internet with us until we found exactly what we needed. Taylor helped with finalizing and getting the payment we had in mind, with both purchases.Overall both experiences were exceptional and we hope to continue our business with Friendly Ford.
