Modern designs from Canada at a reasonable price. That's where the fun ends.
You can expect a comedy of errors resulting in delays at every point. I had to persistently call the shipping company and Structube in order to issue "Lift-Gate" approval on their truck - something that should be obvious for anyone who deals with shipping furniture. Then on two separate occasions they a) Lost my furniture and b) shipping completely forgot to load it on the truck. Delays in total cost 2+ weeks of time. In fact, as I'm writing this I still don't have my delivery.
In shock and disbelief, I've called in and emailed customer support many times. Inquiries were met with a complete lack of action and accountability often not getting responses for 4-5 days at a time. In the end, I had to do all the legwork to get any of the parties to do anything. Structube went cheap on the supply chain, and it shows.
In conclusion, just think about how bad of an experience you would need to go out of your way and review a furniture store... Yeah, well that's what happened. Avoid at all costs.
