  • Had a 1PM appointment for a tire rotation. Even arrived early. They finally brought my car in around 1:40 after I told them I couldn't wait much longer. It's now 15 minutes later and car is still on lift. Ridiculous. A 1PM appointment means 1PM. A tire rotation should take 10 minutes once car is on lift. I'll never come back. Waiting to see if they offer me a discount at checkout. Don't hold your breath.
