rev:text	Complete scam artists. I call for a tow, they tell me a driver will be arriving within the hour. I also mentioned that my car would need a flatbed or air compressor to fill my tires up. I was quoted $55 with them knowing they need to send out a flatbed. 1.5 hours later I call to ask where the driver is. I'm told they just got slammed and it should only be another 20-30 minutes. Almost another 2 hours goes by before the driver finally shows up. Right off the bat the driver is giving me an aggressive, rude attitude like it's somehow my fault that he's 3 hours late. He did not bring a flatbed like we agreed on, but a regular truck with a dolly system. The man put my vehicle on the dolly system and had everything ready to go. I then say "so it's going to be $55 right? That's what I was told on the phone". He then says "NO, we used the dolly that's an extra $20 so that'll be $75". To me that is unacceptable considering Commerce towing knew what needed to be done before coming out and I was told $55. At NO point was I ever notified about a $20 upcharge for a dolly. I called Commerce towing to tell them what happened and that I don't think I deserve to pay the extra $20. The lady on the phone said just give the man $55. I gave him $60 cash which was a $5 tip. The next day I'm now told that Commerce is claiming that I never paid and is now trying to get the cash a second time from my mechanic. That is absolutely ridiculous. This company are a bunch of blatant scam artists that are trying to over charge you constantly as well as double charging. The tow driver should be fired and the company should be shut down for theft/bad business practices. How dare you guys try to scam me and my mechanic. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE.
