VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I think asking for the the thickness of business cards is a reasonable question don't you? Well apparently Alicos on Church and Gerrard doesn't think so.
INQUIRY
Breakdown of Telephone Conversation:
Me: Hi, do you sell business cards?
Man: Yes
Me: What is the minimum purchase?
Man: 250 for $$$
Me: How much is 500
Man $$$
Me: How much is $1000
Man:$$$ and then it's $$$ and then it's $$$ (with attitude)
Me: Ok... What is the thickness of the cards
Man: Standard
Me: What's standard? Like 100Lbs cardstock?
Man: It's standard
Me: Different places have different standards, is it (list examples)
Man: (raising his voice) it's standard. why do you need to know. you just come in and touch the sample. if you want thicker than it cost more.
Me: Sir, there's no need to raise your voice with me.
Man: Well yes there is. you keep asking me questions and then you're not going to buy it.
His anger made absolutely no sense. He was probably having a hard day. Nonetheless, poor customer service.
