rev:text	Sat in the waiting room at 10:15am for a 10:30am shot appointment. Had many other parents come in and go in back to see the doctor. By this time it was 10:40am and I asked the front office old lady why it was taking so long and I asked what time the other woman's appointment was and her appointment was the same time but yet I was waiting longer and she just went back. She said I had to wait for a different doctor.....ok I understand....then I went to sit back down in the waiting room and the front staff office lady started talking shit about me! What the hell. Totally inappropriate and she had other staff members come to the window to look my way and point. It was 10:50am by the time I got back. Then the dr assistant was rude to me and cold towards my son who was getting his kindergarten shots. The dr (not Pendleton) said my son was 95 percentile in hight and 75 in weight and basically said I wasn't feeding him the right foods. She then promised his a free book. The office manager came in and asked if I had issues with the front office staff I told her what happened and she said they were just talking bad about the insurance company not me....ok whatever lady I'm not stupid. And when we were all said and done dr. Pendleton was questioning me about the free book that my son was promised, what a piece of work she is. He cried and said he was offered a free book. I had enough with this office I've been going to pendletons office for 8.5years and I'm done. They treat me and my kids like crap. If you have an appointment you are going to wait while walk ins are the priority. For a 10:30am appointment we didn't leave until 12:15pm. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!
