  • I bought my first ever brand-new bike last week at Bateman's. Rob listened to what I wanted, showed me what was available in my price range, and helped me to narrow down my choices. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Even though the store was busy, I felt that I was given the attention and help I needed. All of the staff are really friendly, and there is a great vibe in the store. Intimidation factor is zero. I love my new bike! Thanks Bateman's!
