  • I don't understand the bad reviews that this vet has been given. I've seen both of the Dr.s at this practice and I love them both. I will say they have different personalities and approaches, but their abilities are stellar. The Dr.s and their staff are very knowledgable and helpful. I have a dog that was just diagnosed with diabetes and they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I fully understand my pets disease and how to manage it. The staff has made themselves available for me after hours as well just in case I need anything. If that does not show that they care, I don't know what does?? Additionally I lost a dog last year and the compassion that was shown was amazing. They stayed there well past office hours just to let me cry and help me deal with my loss. They sent a sympathy card to me and called to follow up with me and see how I was doing as well and also asked about my other dog, to see how he was coping with the absence of his "sister". And I just have to say this to Christine who was complaining about having to wait and didn't get in right when her apt was scheduled. While that is unfortunate and I understand how frustrating that can be, you have to understand that there are emergencies that come up that are going to me more important than your check up. When my dog was stroking out, which caused her death, I was greatful the staff stopped what they were doing and did all they could to to help out my dog. It would be a darn shame if they didn't do all they could in an emergency situation just because they had someone else waiting for shots or well puppy exam. I almost laughed out loud when I read the comment that was made about the prices of the medicine. Ummm, its common sense that almost any medication you get online is going to be cheaper than purchasing at the pharmacy or at the vets. I have a dog thats on insulin and they've told me flat out, to go to Walmart to get it because its way cheaper there than they can get it. They've also looked around for me to see if they can find the special food I have to feed my pet for a cheaper price than they get. So in my experience they've been more concerned about MY pocket book and my pets care than their income. To each his own. But I can say that I have had nothing but the best service there and stellar treatment of my pets. And the front desk staff and nurses are AMAZING. I would not take my dog any place else, and heck, I don't know if he'd go any place else. He actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot at the vet....... and to me that speaks volumes!!
