  • Have been going here for years and always received excellent service until this past Saturday. Pull up and tell the kid I need smog,oil change and tires rotated. He said he wasn't sure of the tire rotation because of its a Camry and they have a weight limitation. I told him that I have had the tires rotated several times here. He says ok. 15 minutes later he comes in and said I need a new air cleaner and I agreed. A guy comes in states the car is ready never explaining what was done or any problems. I pay and ask where the proof of the smog check and said it was on the dash, which it wasn't so I had to ask for a copy. There is grease on the door and inside door which they never tried to clean up I leave go home and the next day I noticed they never cleared the maintenance light because it was still on I went this morning told the kid and he got the same guy who checked me out Saturday jackass never said hi, sorry about that and just reset and shut the door. Not going back again. Lost a good customer. Last time they left a wrench inside the hood of my car.
