  • Nice store to look at, BUT.......I am sad to say the sales people here are all So clueless when answering Any questions. They have lied, been rude, will put you on hold forever, Never return phone calls, and when trying to get information about an item, they are Clueless. DO NOT believe it when they say they have items in stock! I had to find out detailed information on my own and do my own research. Untrained & worse, horrible experience with Any retail store I have Ever experienced, this goes for Both the store staff, their customer service departments. All of them with the exception of one person needs to be retrained in sales and customer service.
