  • I WILL NEVER HAVE MY CAR WASHED OR DETAILED HERE AGAIN. I brought my car in last week to have a full detail. I told the girl who checked me in that I specifically wanted the strip of flooring in between the front seats and the doors as well as the seats and the center console to be vacuumed well since it's not an area that I can do at home with my own vacuum. I also pointed out some melted crayon on the floor in the backseat and asked if that was something they were able to remove. She said yes, the $50 wash and detail included carpet shampooing and they would be able to remove the crayon. TWO HOURS and TWENTY MINUTES later my car was finished. I was almost late to get my daughter from school so I didn't have time to check everything over in the daylight until about half an hour later. When I did look it over I was furious to find that the strip of floor had been vacuumed only on the driver's side. The passenger side was not done, the dashboard was not wiped down properly, the floor in the back looked like they just smeared the crayon around onto other parts of the car, the inside of the windows appear to have been wiped down with a dirty cloth, the rear inside window was not cleaned at all and the center console had not been vacuumed although I had completely emptied it out so they could clean it properly. I called to speak to the manager, who was very apologetic on the phone and told me to come back in as soon as possible so they could fix it. After a second detail the car still came out looking the same, as though they just glossed over some things and completely skipped others. When I pointed this out he said what did I expect for the $50 wash, I should have gotten the $100 detail because that's the one that includes the dashboard being wiped down. WTF. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
