I am going to start off by saying my experience today was one for the books. The restaurant was very busy so expected to have a longer wait than normal but thats all I expected. Unfortunately that was just the beginning of a bad experience. Our server took our order (Biscuits & Gravy w/ Loaded hash browns and Filet Eggs Benedict). Asked two times for waters still none. Finally the meals come out about 30 min later and my egg yolks already broken w/ English muffin soggy mess served Luke warm. To make things worse the Biscuits & Gravy were cold! Got ahold of mgmt since our server had not checked back in on us since taking order almost 45 min ago... Matthew Thompson(Asst General Mgr) was very responsive and corrected the situation with a smile - giving us hope again. The food came out hot this time but was missing all the loaded part to our hash browns. He informed us would fix it on the bill and we were happy without it; just too hungry at this point. The food was averaged and felt it lacked flavor - wasn't impressed at all.
This next part is what pushed me over the "edge" to write this review. The General Manager (yes head boss) treated me with such lack of respect as a human let alone a customer of his. I asked him for our check for our server was missing. He handed it to me and I informed him of the issue and the loaded toppings on the hash browns needed to be removed (over $7 charge - no biggie but when told they would felt like it should be done) he then looks at the receipt and say $39 I got this (rude sassy tone) and rips the receipt in my face! The server, hostess and busback couldn't believe what just happened. I was so taken back I just walked away, got my family and left. I will never never be returning to an establishment that feels it OK to disrespect a customer like that.
