  • I had the best experience at East Charlotte Nissan. I was nearing the end of my lease and came in to look at my options. Norman leased my my first car and I loved it! I really liked how he was realistic with my budget and even though I was pushing for something more expensive, he kept me in the budget I stated when I walked in. He was so patient with me through multiple test drives. He was very honest and I'm confident I got the best deal possible. When Norman brought in the sales manager, he was very friendly and broke down the price for us. Then our finance guy, Justin, was so great. He explained everything so thoroughly and got us out the door seamlessly. I trust these guys, which is hard to come by when buying a vehicle!
