  • George [owner] was my neighbor growing up. My family's been coming to this store before I was tall enough to see over the counter! Their prepared foods are always good and fresh. It is a small grocery store therefore the prices tend to be higher and the selection not as extensive as a full-size, chain grocery store. Nevertheless, it has all the basics anyone could ever need. It makes the perfect last minute stop when you're not in the mood for rush-hour at IGA at Cavendish Mall. The parking is a little difficult to maneuver and very often lacking as it is shared with quite a few other places in the tiny strip mall but it's a good spot with friendly service and it's beyond easy to pop in and out quickly to get whatever you may need.
