  • I called ahead to order a sandwich to be picked up in time for my lunch break, but was told they were "too busy" to help me. I guess subway doesn't need my. Business. Ashley did tell me I should have used the app, which I have tried before. Unfortunately the sandwich I like (turkey Italiano) isn't an option. Nor is there an option to "make your own" Pretty disappointing.
