rev:text	I have lived here for 16 months. I have had many problems, and maintenance is slow to respond. 2 months from the end of my 15 month lease, they promised me the 15 month price for 12 months plus 2 free carpet cleanings over the year. We moved almost everything into the kitchen and bathrooms the night before the carpet cleaning and no one showed. The apartment leasing agent(Teresa) never scheduled it. I'm seriously pondering breaking the lease to go somewhere else now.
