If i could leave zero stars i would!!! Had the worst experience with Sierra at this salon. Purchased a Groupon and when i called to schedule in November she said she was out of the country all month. Then agreed to set up an appt after her return in December. So she redeemed my Groupon and i trusted she would honor the services. The day of my appt my grandmother passed away and i messaged her that morning trying to reschedule. She stopped responding to my messages for a week. I called and left voicemails and texted and not until I said i felt ripped off did ahe finally reply saying she was too booked and couldn't schedule me all of December. I was upset since i had basically trusted her and waited for her to come back to get my hair cut. So I politely asked her for a refund to which her response was."you're going to have to contact Groupon and figure that out yourself". Wow. My word....greed gets you only so far in the life. And i guess empathy isn't her strong suit. I still haven't gotten my refund. I had to contact groupon to explain the whole situation since she had already redeemed the voucher. Anyways....Beware! She isn't the most ethical person in my opinion!!
