  • Merchant Firearms came to the rescue. I have a good friend who is interviewing for a position with a prominent AR/M4 related company. He is a gun guy but has never owned an AR variant. The knowledgeable staff at Merchant Firearms helped him out by giving him a crash course in all that is AR. They broke down a few different variants, and went over the nomenclature, and common problems, as well as common parts/upgrades/accessories, all the while, knowing there would be no sale at the end of it. They even stayed open late for us. I couldn't be happier with the service, and my buddy walked away armed with the knowledge he needed. Every time I go in there, I am impressed by the stock of cutting edge goods they have. They seem to stay on top of the newest gadgets, and firearms to hit the market. This shop is my #1 go to for tactical goods, they have expanded their inventory and product lines drastically, and continue to do so. When dealing with Merchant Firearms, it is apparent that customer experience is #1 to them, rather than the sale. They will bend over backwards to get you squared away, I'll never buy another new firearm anywhere else. Thanks again to all at Merchant Firearms. R.E.M.
