I waited for a very long time to get someone to serve me. I was trying to get a man's shoe, although I am a woman (they are for work). Employees just kept passing me by even though I was smiling, and trying to make eye contact. I watched a male employee work with a customer until he was clearly finished. I asked if he could help me get this shoe in my size, and he told me he would get someone. Eventually a woman came and helped me. I bought my boots.
Guess what? Turns out I can not be assisted at the Shoe-Box by a man! Only female employees are allowed to assist female customers. As a customer I find this very annoying, and I will not only talk to female employees for assistance. How does this even happen? Is this even legal?
