  • Buyers beware. The sales people and management are awful here. The communication is horrible. I just moved into my home and still waiting on repairs to be done and keep getting the run around. My home was not done on time, closing was a disaster, had to close twice!!! How that happens? Only at Century. Walk-through? Not sure what that really is since I never formally had one. I am still waiting on repairs to be done. My next step is to file a lawsuit since I already work for a law firm for a breach of contract. I have left many messages with no return calls. I have a direct number to their construction supervisor, but everything is a joke to him. It's almost like he laughs at everything and takes nothing serious.
