  • This is the worst possible Honda service Center I have ever encountered. I went there today to get the airbag inflators for the Honda CRV replaced due to the company recall. When my car went into the shop, everything was fine. When it came out, both headlights were not working. When I went back to the service center, they said they had nothing to do with it and wanted me to pay full price for both headlights and labor. They also said one of the break lights was also not working. I agreed to pay for all the parts and requested the manager to cover the labor as it seems unreasonable that three lamps will go wrong at the same time and something should have happened when they had the car in shop. They denied to do anything with it. This time they look at it again and when I walkout, two more lamps were not working. It's impossible to have 5 lamps (all working before going into the shop) stop working at the same time. I called the dealership again and they denied to help. I am never going back to this dealership and strongly recommend other to not go as well. It's a rip-off
