  • Absolutely terrible owners and management, I bought new Ferrari California in 2010 and only has 8,000 miles and they now tell me it is worth 50% less on trade for new one. Now for the worst part, I had my manager take my 2015 GMC Yukon I no longer needed to have them buy bid it, he agreed to pay 40,000 and I had my manager leave the car there. I was out of state and just arrived back to sign documents and get my check and they backed out of deal. Mo the manager is rude and disgusting and if he worked for me he would be terminated. I feel sick I bought a 300,000 Vanquish from these people that are unethical and do not keep their agreements. Never again there are many other dealerships more ethical, in future I will buy from Beverly Hills dealership.
