  • My husband and I used to take our cars here regularly for servicing, however a recent experience made me so mad I will never go back. They rotated my tires and completed some other minor work along with the oil change. I called to complain that my car was pulling very badly and was making a weird noise right after they had serviced it. They brushed off my complaints so I went in to see the manager/owner, he was even worse. I had to then take my car to another service station where they explained the problem to me and corrected it. I will not miss waiting almost 6 hours for an oil change and the rude brush off I got when the problem was clearly something they were responsible for. As an aside, another lady was there the same time I was in to complain and they treated her badly as well. Seems like they sold her tires that were too big for her vehicle and they ended up causing some damage. They blamed her and were trying to brush her off as well. I overheard her saying that she trusted them as experts to recommend and select the correct tires for her vehicle as she had no idea what to choose, they still blamed her for the mistake.
