| - Just now had a new garbage disposal installed. Butter plumbing did the old one, their sticker was on it.
The installer stated that it wasn't installed correctly. It rusted out and he was shocked that I didn't get a lot of leaks under my sink. Very rarely used it. Have a house full of contractors now as we are remodeling. Each one that comes in & sees the disposal on the floor, says WOW who installed that. haha HIGH PRICED AND INCOMPETENT.
This installation of the disposal is where I discovered the following.

Years ago when I lived behind 2 gates, these clowns charged me $189.00 for service call. Moved to a single gate community and my price went down.
Shawn denied he did this, Keep all related bills to every house I have ever owned till 3 years after sale. He would never tell me to fax or send him copies. Shawn knew dang well he did, go to your book keeper. Guess he lives in the what he doesn't see, didn't happen. Went to AmEx to see if I could get a refund cause of his denial. Too much time had past.
One time in the house behind two gates, I had 3 toilets that had water running issues. There were so many bathrooms in this house and these three were in areas we didn't use, I just shut off the toilets, till we had several issues we could handle at once. Remember the $189.00 service call, I wasn't going to pay that often!
The technician who came out had the audacity to say to me, you are suppose to call for service every time you have a problem. Not wait till you have several. WTF! I said well, I could choose to call someone else, Where do you think he learned this behavior and thought this was an appropriate way to treat a customer?
I did a review in these clowns on Angies list. Please go look at it, its classic. Shawn had called me, offering a discount on a future call. No way were these people getting anymore business from me.
Social media is not good for many things but is great for busting questionable business practices. In honor of Glen Fry - you can't hide your lying ways.
Received contact from Shawn. Rambling about he hasn't done a recent install for me, No joke. Have not had you back in 10 years. Even when you offered me a discount through Angie's List a few years ago. He'd have to refund me the 2 gates penalty he charged me for 5 years. Yeah I told my friends & neighbors living behind 2 gates about this.
No denial about anything I posted. Told him I have the disposal with his Butter plumbing sticker on it. Offered it to him, so he could see it. No response.
So much for a warranty I guess. Since you aren't honoring you word about life time warranty, I'll be reporting you to BBB. And might see you in small claims. NO INTEGRITY!
BTW you as a business owner are not suppose to review your own business.
I'm well aware its lying eyes.
