  • Ok, so I don't typically leave reviews for doctors BUT this place has to be put on blast for its amazing customer service and truly qualified doctors. I can honestly say that I have never had such a positive experience receiving medical care as I have had here over the past few months. Here's why... - Appointments always run ON TIME every time (even the time I was five minutes late, they didn't bump me to end of list) - Dr. Hartzfeld LISTENS ... not just hears enough to get the gist of what you're saying but actually listens to every word and fully addresses concerns instead of a quick answer and out the door - The staff is always upbeat and they go out of their way to be friendly ...let's be honest ladies...going to the Gyn is right up there with getting a root canal - they make it a pleasant experience. - Convenience... in office ultrasounds, in office blood work, in office procedures. I really appreciate having everything located in one place and not having to deal with new staff when I'm already worried about result outcomes.
