  • I went in to view an apartment here for rent. The unit seemed nice enough despite the very small bathroom and it was overlooking a not so nice area. After a very large and cumbersome amount of paperwork, they told me I needed to submit a bunch of verifications. They did not do their job in a timely fashion. Other apartments approved me within 20 minutes. After days of being in limbo, I called to tell them that I was no longer interested. Suddenly, lo and behold I was approved and now required a $99 deposit which they charged to my card without my authorization and consent. Long story short, do not rent with these slimy a-holes. I'm sure their canned corporate response will involve a faux-pology, but not the return of my hard earned money.
