  • I inadvertently sent a message to John at Shamrock as I was messaging another company for a quote (apparently I didn't uncheck all the boxes...). John called me immediately and after I told him what happened and was very apologetic, he asked what issue I was having. Then he went out of his way and went by my property, then called me and gave me his assessment and some great advice! Even though I may not end up using his services I am very impressed with my interaction with John. Thank you so much!!
