  • Since visiting Sugar Marmalade a couple years back, they've definitely made an improvement to their menu. I tried their mango shaved ice in the midst of winter on a cold -18 degree day to fulfill a dessert craving and it sure did the job. What's great about the shaved ice is that the ice isn't your average frozen water ice. It's more smooth in texture (like folded crepes) and it's also infused with mango. At $8.99, it's great value and big enough to share between 4 people. I'll definitely be back in the summer for a refreshing treat.
