  • Updating this after living here for a year: ********************************************************** -Elevators and gates break constantly, and when they do work, they are very slow! -SOO many speed bumps in the complex -It is a bit annoying getting in/out of the complex, its close to the highway but you have to drive around the entire place to get out. This got frustrating over time. -Can hear every airplane that takes off or lands at sky harbor -Have to drive at least 15 minutes to get to gas stations, grocery stores, or even a CVS. -All of the "storage" I mentioned would be great if the apartments were set up nicer, the cabinet setup conflicts (opening to the fridge and such), we weren't able to really use half the counter space or cabinet storage. -Good news, moving out wasn't annoying. They didn't pressure me or ask a lot of questions. -Still dislike valet trash -Still love the sunsets and the staff Overall, I don't consider this place worth the price but nothing terrible happened to me while living here. ********************************************************** I really enjoy living at the lofts. The staff is very helpful and the apartments are the perfect size, unlike the new "modern" trend of teeny tiny apartments. Pros: -Perfect Size & the loft floor plans are beautiful -Maintenance requests have all been taken care of in a timely manner. -Friendly staff -Great location close to everything -Love the garage parking -Pool is nice, and the gym has a squat rack! -Lots of storage space -Gorgeous sunsets! Cons: - Pretty pricey - Walls are thin so if you have loud neighbors, it will be annoying - Elevators are slow and gates stop working at random times - The "valet trash" is cool but should be optional - they add on $30 to your rent every month to pick up your trash for you. Personally I'd rather take it out myself and save the money.
