  • I had an amazing experience working with JJ Sutton. I was not too excited about ring shopping as I thought it would be a stressful experience. JJ made me feel welcomed and did not pressure me into buying something I did not feel confident with. I had too much fun picking out rings from the cases to try on and asking questions. Not once did JJ make me feel dumb for not being savvy in the jewelry business. The other staff at the time also were fantastic and worked diligently to make sure I loved my purchase. Beyond great customer service and a memorable experience. I receive compliments daily on my ring!
