If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. I booked through Orbitz, and although I attempted to put in the appropriate dates, the website did not update to the correct dates. I canceled the reservation within minutes and was told I could not get a refund. I contacted Orbitz 6 times throughout the day. The Front Desk Manager wouldn't even talk to the Orbitz representative until I called Orbitz with the charge dispute department of my bank. The Front Desk Manager refused to even change the reservation date to the appropriate arrival date and told me I would lose my money and would have to pay full price for a room on the correct date. I also called the Best Western customer service department. They too were unable to contact the manager. I understand I should have double checked to make sure the dates updated, but the fact that the manager would not help at all or even talk to me, the Orbitz representative, or their own corporate customer service representative shows how little this manager values customer service. We all keep being told the manager is not there, yet I called at various times throughout the morning, middle of the day, and afternoon. The manager was allegedly on a lunch break for 2 hours. I honestly can't believe this hotel couldn't wait ONE DAY to get their money and allow me to book for the correct date, which was one day after the date the room was accidentally booked for. I will never book at any Best Western anywhere in the world because of this experience.
