  • For being a loyal Hilton honors silver member, having to park in a neighboring business and feel my car is insecure being there is probably the worst feeling to experience. When asking the front desk where to park since there is no parking spots available in there well lit parking lot, I was told to go park next door. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm am very unhappy about this situation and will definitely not being straying at this hotel and probably pick a different chain of hotels to be loyal to. I gained silver status within a month and a half this year so far and would be staying at more Hilton/Hampton inn properties but after being told to go park in a neighboring business parking lot. All my other reservations will be changed to probably Marriott. Watch out rude girl at the front desk that told me to go park in a sketchy neighboring business l. I really doubt half the cars in this parking lot or at least 1/4 of them are actually staying at this hotel. Super disappointing watch out!!!
