  • I would NOT recommend this company. First of all I scheduled an estimate in which the person didn't even show up so I called customer service and they said they'd call me back in 30 minutes or less. NEVER got a call back. I called the next day and decided to give them another chance so I scheduled another estimate. The representative came and gave us an estimate to do 1925 sq ft of tile. We are selling our house so we chose the most basic tile, and after all this guys math he completed his numbers and slide his IPad across the table and I about fell over. $43K!!!!!!!!!!! is what the quote read. I laughed at him so he said "wait I can apply some coupons" so he does that, bringing the quote down to a grand total of 27k!!!!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me. Not only does their customer service suck but after giving you such awful customer service they try to rip you off. And now that Im reading all about the theft I better go home and go through my things to make sure he didn't steal anything.
