  • Worst. Apartment. Complex. Ever. Crime has been terrible since this company took over and cancelled the old security patrols. There have been many burglaries and two different shootings a few feet from my apartment. God help you if you need anything fixed. You can look forward to most of your calls and messages being ignored by the office. If you actually get someone to come out they will most likely do nothing. But you won't even be sure if someone came because they never leave a note. I've never lived in a place where the office was more useless and the maintenance staff never leaves a note that they were in my apartment. Bianca, please spare me your form response. If you cared about how we felt you would do something about the huge amount of crime; essential services like air conditioning, broken plumbing, and broken windows would get addressed quickly -- not days or weeks later.
