  • I have never encountered such horrible service. The staff are unfriendly and rude. It was my first time in the store and was not sure how to go about buying fabric. When I asked questions they were beyond rude and extremely condescending. I will honestly never return to this store! Instead we drove further down queen street (queen and Agusta) and found two other fabric stores where I was able to buy my fabric while also receiving exceptional service. (I bought 1yard of fabric $3 and at Designer Fabrics it as $19.99/ yard for the exact same fabric) I would not recommend this store to anyone at all!!!
