Just got a service from Collins Comfort Masters and I am extremely happy with the service. One of my 4 AC units went bad yesterday Sun July 30 around 7 pm and so I was unable to call a service company. I turned the unit off and used the ceiling fans for the night. Monday morning I called the company that installed my unit when our house was built and they won't come out until Tuesday. How am supposed to live in the house without an AC with temperatures over 100 degrees? I called another company they wanted to schedule me for Friday. The blown unit is the one that cools my second floor where all the bedrooms are located and so I needed it fixed sooner than later. I called Collins and the dispatch lady said I will get a technician to you between 12-5pm today. Well David the service technician got to our house around 1:30pm. Initially he was shown the wrong unit but it didn't take much for him to find the faulty unit. He figured out the problem like a master technician in no time and fixed it as well. He was very courteous and honest. He clearly explained what he found and what is being fixed and what to expect afterwards. The pricing of Collins Comfort Masters was also unbeatable. When I spoke to the first two companies I asked about their pricing and I can tell you that Collins Comfort Masters were way lower than first two big name companies. I will always service with them. David was excellent and he works for a good company too. I will highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters.
