  • Living in a community with Mint Lockers situated in my apartment complex, it was too convenient to not give it a try. I sent out a tie with a small stain on it to test them out and it came back with the stain, while lighter than original, still visibly there. I then sent out my tie to my regular dry cleaner and it came back stain-free. A small sample size and perhaps not indicative of a typical experience, but enough for me to stick with my traditional dry cleaner even though Mint Locker presents an unrivaled "convenience" value opportunity! UPDATE: After leaving this review, Lauren, the owner promptly reached out to me to learn more about my experience with Mint Locker. Her care and engagement with her operation were immediately apparent! She tracked down my specific order to look into it and learn from the oversight and issued a full-refund due to not meeting my expectations....WOW! I'll definitely be giving Mint Locker another shot after seeing the owner's response and care for her customer's experience!
