Snow cream is suppose to be light, fluffy ribbons that melt in your melt. And that's exactly what you get at SnowFlake Shavery!
What I love about their product and what sets them apart from other snow cream joints is that everything is made from fresh ingredients. I learned all about their product when i asked them why they don't make taro. Since it's an artificial flavor, its a no-no for SnowFlake.
I've tried Strawberry and Black Sesame back in their FrostBites Shavery truck and it was yumm-tastic! I've never had black sesame for dessert before, so I was surprised how addicted I was to this nutty flavor.
This time I got Vanilla snow cream with mango topping and sweetened condensed milk. It's unreal how light and fluffy it could be, the quality hasn't changed at all since they've opened shop. Some places are a little icy, but noope, not here! Just pure magical deliciousness. I was already stuffed from eating curry a couple stores down that I did not think I would finish my small bowl of snow cream. But what's the best thing about snow cream?! It doesn't give you that heavy feeling in your stomach after eating it. More reason to get some more, right?
