  • Sooo frustrating it's unreal. Especially since there is no recourse - it's a straight monopoly and were the pawns. Talk about terrible customer service with little to no help. It has taken over 3 months for them to flip the switch on our solar panels we had installed in April! Solar Panel Install Co. Installed them and they look great and I'm sure they work great but they haven't been turned on by NV Energy since what's their incentive anyways? Gggrrrrr I want them to fix this and make everything better. Trying to be positive is so difficult when I'm this upset.
