So I am older, never really been a fitness junkie. Tried running after doing an obstacle course 5k (which was awesome fun by the way) but the running part not so much fun. Had a frozen shoulder for 2 years and lost a LOT of upper body strength having no movement in one arm. Wanted to find something that would not be boring and talked to Gayle about cross fit. I was a little concerned being that my fitness level is pretty low and my age. I went and tried a class for free. It was awesome! Every class is different and fun! Paul has been awesome about showing me how to scale down things that I just can't do and makes me feel like one of these days I will actually be able to do some of these things! I'm having fun and working on getting to be that fit hot grandma!!! I definitely will be continuing Cross Fit at Full Strength.
