I would tread lightly and always get second opinions if you decide to try this place. Came in and they told me I didn't have insurance. Which I thought was strange but didn't argue. They should know considering I handed them my insurance card right? No. I do have insurance. I was examined by their dentist who was very nice. He recommended crowns for my two front teeth and one had a filling that had fallen out and they're just uneven anyway. First quoted me $2500. Told them I don't have that. They said $2100. I was about to do it but decided against it as it's such a large amount of money and I wanted to shop around. They offered to make me an appt and I said fine but I may cancel it. They wanted $99 to secure the appt spot. Umm. No. I'm not paying $99 (which yes would go toward the procedure) to secure an appt spot. We make appts for procedures much more costly at my place of work and don't require a fee to do so. So I didn't pay it and called and cancelled anyway. Paid $39 for the exam since they said I didn't have insurance. Fine. Went to a different dentist who said I DO have insurance and got the filling covered by my insurance and my teeth are even now and it was $26!! And if I did need a crown only $350 there instead of the 1050 at this place! Train your front desk staff better or at least have them be able to tell if someone has active dental insurance. I saved $2174 by not going with this place.
