  • 2 stars for nice, mostly original decor available at a local business - which is extremely convenient. -3 stars for TERRIBLE customer service! Anyone in charge at this place reading these recent reviews?? Or do you just not care that we spent $150 on 2 items in there this past weekend after no greeting or thank you after the fact!? Lectured for taking an item I wanted to buy off the wall (at eye level) and bringing it to the counter, seemed put out to go get the same item in back, told I needed to buy a yard of ribbon for $1 which was used to hang a sign and had no price tag (really? Couldn't just throw this in w/ a $65 sign purchase!? Ok), and no "thank you" or "have a nice day" or even "piss off" after the sale. We've always liked this store and enjoyed shopping local but will find the items we want online from here on as we don't feel one bit appreciated. To the two ladies working the front that are quick to take $ and treat customers like an inconvenience - if you don't like your job, please find something else to do. *This review is based off the experience we had at the Higley location*
