  • Very disappointed in the customer service here today. Walked in with my daughter this afternoon and when asked if I could be helped with anything, I replied that we were going to check out the pets. The staff member then warned me to not wake up the ferrets, etc. What? I asked her to clarify - she repeated it and I told her we didn't want to be a bother, and we walked out. Just a very strange interaction that made me feel like a complete moron!
